Why This Site Exists
Peachtree Corners began municipal operations in 2012, but its core deeds, taxes, probate matters, voter files, and most court records still sit with Gwinnett County or Georgia. The city keeps its own council, permit, zoning, license, and municipal files. State agencies add vital records, business entities, and professional licenses, while local libraries and archives hold historical sources. We organize those separate access points, office contacts, and custody rules in one reference.
